Journal of Public Administration and Social Change

The Journal of Public Administration and Social Change (ISSN 3139-4000) is a peer-reviewed and refereed biannual publication of Focus Educational & Research Foundation, Hazaribagh (Jharkhand). Its offices are also located in Hyderabad and New Delhi.

  • Research articles: 3,000 – 5,000 words
  • Book reviews, research notes & commentaries: 1,500 – 2,500 words
  • Special invited papers by distinguished scholars: no strict limit

  • Preferred: MLA or APA in-text citation formats
  • Comprehensive bibliography at end of manuscript
  • End-notes permitted for additional clarifications
  • Strict adherence to citation practices required

Submissions must be original and unpublished. Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, and other forms of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited; proper citation is mandatory.

Research involving human subjects must have prior ethical approval, informed consent, and ensure confidentiality, privacy, and respect for participants.

Conflict of Interest

Authors must transparently declare any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest, including funding sources, to maintain research credibility.

Fair Peer-Review

The journal ensures an unbiased review system where reviewers and editors act objectively, maintain confidentiality, and make decisions solely on academic merit.

Author Responsibility

All articles reflect personal views of respective authors and do not represent the Editorial Board or the Journal. Authors bear sole responsibility for accuracy of content.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the Journal of Public Administration and Social Change shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal.

There is NO Publication Fee for the journal.
